The Falcons' 12th Man: Mr. UTPB

Odessa -- Imagine loving something so much, it is basically a part of you.

That is Romeo Romero Ramirez's relationship with UTPB Football. He has even given himself the name, "Mr. UTPB." Ramirez suffers from cerebral palsy. Unfortunately, his condition requires specific, expensive transportation for him to get where he needs to go; causing him not to be able to watch his beloved Falcons take the gridiron.

Word about Romeo's situation spread around the campus, in result, the university has promised transportation to every home game next year. Additionally, his passion earned him a spot as a member of the UTPB Football team.
