Pippins-Tryon trying to leave a lasting legacy on UTPB women's basketball

ODESSA - If there is a so called 'leader' for the UTPB women's basketball team it would be senior guard Khali Pippins-Tryon.

Last week she averaged 27.5 points per game, while shooting 61% from the field, and 75% from three point land.

Her 31 points on Saturday against Midwestern State was the most scored points by any player in the Lone Star Conference this season for the women's side.

Pippins-Tryon hopes her leadership & hard work will have a lasting impact on the program.
