Permian 4-star ATH Peyton Powell decommits from Texas; reopen recruitment

Permian 4-star ATH Peyton Powell has decommited from Texas and reopened his recruitment according to a Twitter post.
Powell is the highest rated high school football recruit in the Permian Basin.
Before committing to the Longhorns, the MOJO senior had received offers from a number of Division I schools including Ohio State, TCU and Texas Tech.
According to a separate Twitter post, Powell still plans to sign on early signing day on Wednesday Dec 19th at Permian High School.
