Local track and field meet honors former Panther

The annual Nikolas Moralez Mini Olympics was held this weekend to honor a former Permian student.
Moralez was a member of the Permian golf team before he died in a car accident in 2012.
Now, his friend Dexter Neboh honors his memory with a track and field event each year to honor his memory.
