Howard County announced Thursday that two healthcare workers have tested positive for COVID-19.
Both patients, a 26-year-old woman and a 59-year-old woman are isolated at home and are expected to recover.
Big Spring Mayor Shannon Thomason tells CBS7 that the two patients work at the Lamun-Lusk-Sanchez Texas State Veterans Home in Big Spring.
They are now working to test residents at the home.
These are the seventh and eighth confirmed COVID-19 cases in the county.
