Suspect sentenced to 15 years for Big Lots armed robbery

ODESSA -- One of four suspects involved in an armed robbery at Big Lots has been sentenced.

Devorjay Tinner was on trial and charged with aggravated robbery in connection to the case.

According to the Ector County District Attorney's Office, Tinner pled guilty to the charge. The jury in the case then sentenced Tinner to 15 years in prison.

Michael Munk and Jose Castillo prosecuted the case and Bret Mansur represented Tinner.

Two other suspects, Ashton Kenimer and Michael Stoglin were sentenced earlier this year.
