Police: Man rode out of Target on stolen bike

A man was arrested after police say he rode out of Target on a stolen bicycle.

Adan Salcido, 36, has been charged with Theft of Property with at Least two Prior Convictions, a State Jail Felony.

According to the Odessa Police Department, their officers responded to the Target at 3909 East 42nd Street Monday afternoon for a shoplifting call.

When police arrived on scene they found a man who was identified as Salcido.

Investigation of the scene revealed that Salcido had entered the store where he took a bicycle along with four other items which were valued at $430 total.

According to OPD, Salcido then rode the bicycle out of the store without paying for any of the items.

Through the investigation police also learned Salcido had four prior convictions for theft in Ector County. He was then charged and arrested accordingly.
