Man arrested in connection to terrorist threats directed toward Pecos residents
The man that the Pecos Police Department has been looking for in connection to terrorist threats directed toward residents is now in custody.
26-year-old Nicholas Duane was arrested on Sunday by Odessa Police.
The Pecos Police Chief Lisa Tarango expressed her appreciation on Facebook to all who assisted in locating him.
