ODESSA, Tx. (KOSA) -- Update: A man has been arrested following a deadly hit-and-run crash in Odessa on Wednesday night.

Jose Angel Ramirez-Rodriguez, 46, has been charged with Fail to Stop and Render Aid Involving Death, a 2nd Degree Felony, and Criminal Negligent Homicide, a State Jail Felony.
According to the Odessa Police Department, their officers were called to the intersection of East University Boulevard and Bonham Avenue just before 11 p.m. for a report of a major crash involving three vehicles.
When police arrived at the scene they found a Dodge Challenger and a Harley Davidson had been involved in a crash. The motorcyclist, identified as 48-year-old Felix John Jaramillo, was taken to Medical Center Hospital where he passed away. The driver of the Challenger was not hurt in the crash.
An investigation revealed that a third vehicle was involved.
According to Odessa police, their investigation revealed that a Ford F-350 being driven by Rodriguez was traveling westbound on University with the Challenger traveling behind it. Jaramillo was traveling eastbound on University.
Police say that Rodriguez failed to yield the right of way when turning left onto Bonham and hit Jaramillo, causing his motorcycle to hit the Challenger.
OPD states that Rodriguez then drove away and never stopped to help. He was later found around 1:47 a.m. along Andrews Highway and was charged in connection to the crash.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing at this time.

One person was killed in the three-vehicle accident.
Neither the identity of the victim nor the cause of the crash has been released at this time as police continue their investigation.
