DALLAS (BY: STEVE BROWN, THE DALLAS MORNING NEWS) -- The West Texas city of Midland is back at the top of the list of the country's hottest housing markets.
November was the third time in recent months that Midland has been ranked the top U.S. home market based on the number of people looking at properties there, according to Realtor.com.
"Homes in Midland have a median list price of $358,450 and a median days on market of 44 days, 16-percent faster than last year," according to the latest snapshot. "Realtor.com's Hottest Markets receive 1.4 to 2.4 times the number of views per property compared to the national average.
