Moss suffered from dementia.

The Ector County Sheriff's Office is running a program called 'Project Lifesaver' which works to help locate those who suffer from similar diseases.

A transmitter is placed on the patient's arm or leg and it then transmits a signal that pinpoints exactly where the person is located.

The program is free to the public. Anyone interested in signing up can call the Ector County Sheriff's Office at (432) 335-3050.
