Police: Driver charged with 6th DUI after passing out in front of police department

ODESSA -- Odessa Police say Cesar Josue Arizpe was driving downtown last week when he pulled up to the police station and passed out around 2:30 in the afternoon.

A police officer says after he woke Arizpe up, he smelled alcohol on his breath.

Officers say he failed the sobriety test and was arrested. A police spokesman says the 45-year-old has five prior DUI convictions and is now charged with a 6th.
