MIDLAND COUNTY -- UPDATE: 7:47 p.m.
One lane of Eastbound I-20 at 1788 in Midland County will open in about 30 minutes.

Other lanes will take an hour to open as the hazmat problem is cleared.
According to TxDOT, the crash on eastbound I-20 is now a crime scene since the driver of a semi fled the scene.
I-20 off off at East Loop 338 in Ector County will be closed off to help relieve the traffic struck on I-20 between FM 1788 and Loop 338.
UPDATE: DPS is now searching for a driver who they say is responsible for a hit-and-run crash on I-20 that left two people dead.
DPS has identified the suspect as Jose Gilvane Oliveira Baldassari, 48.
According to DPS, Baldassari was driving an 18-wheeler involved in the crash and fled the scene.
Baldassari was identified after his wallet was found at the scene.
Baldassari is described as around 5'7'' tall with a heavyset build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and khaki shorts.
Anyone who sees Baldassari is urged to call 911 or DPS at (432) 498-2131.
DPS troopers are on the scene of a deadly crash along Interstate 20 on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash, which happened in the area of I-20 and FM 1788, was reported around 1 p.m.
Eastbound traffic heading towards Midland is backed up as troopers work the scene.
The victim has not been identified at this time. There's no word on what vehicles were involved.
