Christmas Tree Market coming to Parks Legado
There's going to be a little more Christmas in the air this winter.
The Sewell Family of Companies has announced that a Christmas Tree Market is coming to Parks Legado at the end of the year.
According to a release, the market will feature:
-Fresh cut Christmas trees
-Living Christmas trees
-Live music and more
The market will open on Friday, November 23 and will run through December 20.
Profits from the market will be going towards the Permian Band Booster Club which is staffing the market.
The market will also be used as a drop-off location for the West Texas Food Bank and Toys for Tots.
“We are so excited to announce the first ever Parks Legado Christmas Tree Market. You’ll be able to shop for Christmas just like your grandparents used to and all proceeds go to the PHS Band Booster Club. It’s a Norman Rockwell Christmas," said Collin Sewell, President of Sewell Family of Companies.
“We are very honored to be partnering with the Sewell to bring a little Christmas magic to the families in the Odessa-Midland area. Our band students work very hard, whether it’s UIL, solo ensemble or fundraising," said Molly Hernandez, President of the Permian Band Booster Club, "This partnership with the Sewell Family of Companies is a wonderful opportunity which will allow our kids to earn their own way.”
The last farmers market at Parks Legado for the year will be held this weekend on Saturday, September 8.
