Andrews -- Christmas is still 84 days away but that hasn’t stopped one Andrews man from starting the celebration early, he actually started in January.
He started putting together his Christmas display that previously had about 240,000 but that just wasn’t enough.
This year’s display is intended to the biggest and brightest it’s ever been over the past 9 years.
“If it's the same old thing every year, year after year it gets boring so if this site gives us a lot of opportunities to expand and do different things and we will next year and the year after,” said Randall Roberts, local business man.
We're told this display is meant for all community members in Andrews.
And if you’re wondering the cost, they don’t have an exact number but the county has set aside $60,000 worth of funds so people can continue to enjoy this long standing tradition.
The display is set to officially open the first week of December, but as of right now the lights will be turned on the day after thanksgiving.
