Be a Buddy: Meet Peter
Peter has a passion for helping others and is truly artistically talented.
“I like to do sketching, drawing and coloring -- I like to do almost all of them,” Peter explained. “What I love really is making my own picture.”
In addition to putting color to paper, the 15 year old can already paint a beautiful vision for his future either in art or law enforcement.
“I’m looking forward to being a police officer,” Peter said. “That’s why I’m taking speech so I can learn how to talk to criminals or anything like that.”
Peter has a steadfast mentor in his grandfather.
“I love my grandpa, he’s one of my favorites,” Peter explained.
The high schooler is just looking for a big brother.
“The first thing I want to say to him is that I’m glad he’s with me and I’m glad that I actually found one,” Peter said.
A law enforcement officer or a young man with a passion for football or boxing would make a great big for Peter, as the teen wants to explore those sports.
“For boxing they teach you discipline and I could just have friends with other people and see what I can do,” Peter explained.
