Jordan Williams, 19, has been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Theft of a Firearm, Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information and two possession charges.

According to an affidavit, deputies with the Midland County Sheriff's Office were called to the mobile home park just before noon on Wednesday for a report of someone being threatened with a shotgun.

Deputies arrived at the scene and saw a man, identified as Williams, getting into a silver suburban.

While Williams was being taken into custody deputies noticed a loud noise coming from a nearby RV and saw a suspect, identified as 27-year-old Johnnie Robinson II running away. Robinson was eventually able to evade the deputies before he was arrested a day later.

A search of Williams' home reportedly led to the discovery of several baggies of marijuana, a backpack carrying marijuana and several US passports and driver's licenses that did not belong to him.

A shotgun that had its serial number scratched off was also found in the bathroom.

Williams was then charged and arrested accordingly.
