Devin Little, 34, has been charged with three counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault, a 1st Degree Felony.

According to an arrest affidavit, the Odessa Police Department received a report of the assault from the victim on November 22.

The victim told police that the assault had happened while she was working at The Lift as a waitress and training to be a bartender.

The affidavit states that the victim was working at The Lift when her boss, identified as Little, asked her to pour two shots of liquor. Later on that night, she met with Little again and they drank the shots. The victim told police that it was one of the last things she remembered, with the next thing being her and Little cashing out for the night.

Five days later the victim says she asked Little if anything had happened that night because she couldn't remember her actions. The affidavit states that Little told the victim that they had engaged in sexual intercourse but apologized that she couldn't remember what she had done. The victim says that Little also told two of her family members about the intercourse.

The victim told police that she never consented to have sex with Little and that it had been done against her will.

Ector County Jail records show that Little was booked into jail on Christmas Eve before being released on Christmas on a $150,000 bond.

CBS 7 reached out to The Lift for comment, but they declined to say anything about Little's arrest.
