15-year-old girl hit by car on State Highway 191

Odessa Police Department officers are investigating a car-pedestrian crash on Highway 191 near East Loop 338, according to Corporal Steve LeSueur.
Cpl. LeSueur said a 15-year-old girl was hit by a car and transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The eastbound lanes are shut down and drivers are asked to use alternate routes, according to police.
