The ArtPocalypse is an Arts Collaborative spearheaded by

and centered on the novel ‘Station Eleven,’ by Emily St. John Mandel.

The program is designed to encourage reading in our community, invite conversation about the role of The Arts in a community & showcase the cultural offerings we have right here in the Permian Basin.

500 copies of ‘Station Eleven’ and the juvenile companion, ‘The Giver’, will be distributed for free to the community. The program is unlike any seen before in the Basin and will continue through late November with a series of incredible events. See the video above for what's coming up next.

Participants will be given a Cultural Passport which will include a schedule of events, a reader’s guide and information about the program. Passports will be stamped by each entity as they attend events. Passports can be redeemed for ArtPocalypse swag: 5 stamps = ArtPocalypse poster, 10 stamps = T-shirt. 20 or more stamps will enter you into a drawing for a trip for two to NYC (airfare & hotel).
