Teen boy dies in Midland shooting

MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - According to the City of Midland the Midland Police Department responded to the shooting of 16- year-old boy at the Northridge Apartments.

On Monday around 5:30 p.m. Midland Police Department officers were called to 3417 N. Midland Dr. about shots fired. Upon arrival, they found a 16-year-old boy dead at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds.

The investigation is ongoing.

The next of kin has been notified.
