Community leaders hold groundbreaking for new neighborhood

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) -Today, there was a groundbreaking ceremony at the new subdivision in south Odessa.
Odessa Housing Finance Corporation has partnered with Rhodes USA & Neo Construction in building 12 affordable homes.
Several branches of the Odessa government came together to make the affordable housing program.
These homes are being built to assist low to moderate-income households.
The houses will range from $185,000 to $250,000.
Odessa Affordable Housing Inc. also provides homebuyer education, credit counseling and a rehab program that helps with home repairs.
