ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - UPDATE: A suspect has been arrested following Thursday night’s crash in Odessa.

Rogelio Lujan, 38, has been charged with intoxication assault, a third-degree felony.

According to the Odessa Police Department, officers responded to a crash at Andrews Highway and Yukon at 7:55 p.m.

When police arrived, they found a crash involving a Chevrolet Suburban, a Ford Ecoline van, a Harley Davidson motorcycle and a Dodge Ram. The driver of the van and the motorcyclist were both taken to the hospital with injuries.

Police say their investigation revealed that Lujan, the driver of the Ram, was traveling westbound when he crashed into the motorcycle and the van, causing all four vehicles to collide. Officers later learned that Lujan was intoxicated, and he was charged and arrested.

Odessa Police confirm to CBS7 that there were serious injuries reported after a four-car crash in North Odessa Thursday evening.

Photos sent into CBS7 show multiple vehicles involved and a motorcycle on the ground. The crash happened near the intersection of Yukon and Andrews Highway.

Officials did not give any further information on who was hurt or what led up to the crash.

They did say that more information will be released Friday.
