WEST TEXAS (KOSA) - April 13: Cloudy to mostly cloudy with very cool temps. Highs will range from the upper 50s to near 60, except along the Rio Grande, where temps will reach into the mid 80s. There will be a chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Rain chances will continue through the weekend.
