UPDATE: Big Spring Teen Arrested for Threat, Allegedly Against Teachers and Students 10/17/13

UPDATE: Big Spring Police just released more details about the threat by 17-year-old Michael Peterson. According to a release, school officials found Peterson's journal which contained the threats.
Police say the journal contained a list of students and teachers the writer wanted to harm as well as "graphic details" on how the writer would take the life of two teachers at the high school.
Police say Peterson is out on a $1,500 bond and officials began contacting parents of students listed in the journal. Both the school and police are conducting their own investigations into the incident.
CBS 7 has just confirmed that a Big Spring High School student was arrested for making a terroristic threat against a public servant.
Michael Peterson, 17 years old, bonded out of the Howard County Jail yesterday.
We have learned that both the Big Spring Police Department and Big Spring ISD are investigating a case together but its unclear if its connected to Peterson.
