Three Arrested for Motor Vehicle Burglary in Midland 7/3/13
MIDLAND - The Midland Police Department is investigating cases of theft by three males who have been arrested for burglary of a motor vehicle and is looking to return recovered property back to victims.
Travon Rayvien Crisp, 19, Michael Alan Brooks, 18, and Joshua Paul Winslett, 21, were arrested June 23 for burglary of a motor vehicle.
MPD’s investigation discovered that all three individuals never forced entry to any of the vehicles they were entering – all of the vehicles were unlocked. The three suspects stated in an interview that they entered the vehicles the morning they were arrested between 2 and 6 a.m. in a residential area located northeast of Highway 349, targeting streets such as Tejas, Pueblo, Ojibwa, Washita, Shawnee, and other surrounding streets in the area.
