Bland: Adoptive Parents Not Charged in Shatto Case 3/18/13
Ector County District Attorney Bobby Bland gave a statement regarding the investigation into toddler Max Shatto's death.
The adoptive parents of Max Shatto have not been billed with any charges. The grand jury determined there was insufficient evidence to charge them with anything.
The CPS case regarding the child's death is still open, but is being held up by autopsy findings.
