New Way to Save Time on Construction Projects for ECISD 2/22/13

ODESSA-The Ector County Independent School District's Board of Trustees just approved changes to the way it handles new bonds for construction projects.
New projects will now have a construction manager in place from the design phase.
Mike Adkins of ECISD says by bringing in construction experts earlier in the building process, time and money will be saved.
It's called the construction manager at risk or CMAR delivery method.
It will be in place for all new bond projects.
