One Dead in Welding Truck Crash 2/19/13

(Midland County)- DPS Troopers and local law enforcement are on the scene of a fatal crash on FM 1788 near the Tom Craddick Highway.
According to emergency crews on the scene, it appears that a welding truck lost control and went through a fence and into a field.
One person is reported to be trapped and dead on the scene.
The driver got out of the truck.
Emergency crews expect to be on the scene for several hours.
The scene is about a mile and a half north of Highway 191 on FM 1788.
