Youth Rally Focuses on HIV/AIDS Education 2/17/13

ODESSA-College students came together with local high-schoolers to present a youth rally at UTPB's Main Campus Saturday.
The event was hosted by The Black Leadership Council and featured performances by students and faculty.
The focus was to spread the word about HIV/AIDS awareness in the Permian Basin Council members say it's all about prevention.
"I want them to get more educated about HIV/AIDS," said President of The Black Leadership Council James Greer. "Maybe they can learn something they hadn't known before."
The youth rally was the final event in a series by The Black Leadership Council, all aimed at working closer with the community.
