Unseasonably Warm and Windy on Sunday. 2/16/13
Sunday will be unseasonably warm with temperatures reaching the 70's over much of the Permian Basin. We will see higher winds, as well, up to 25 to 30 miles per hour out of the south. The Guadalupe Mountains will see higher winds and have a Red Flag Warning for fire danger in effect Sunday from 9am to 8pm CST.
