OHS Girls Head Basketball Coach Resigns 2/13/13

Odessa High girls head basketball coach Harry Masch has resigned.
ECISD Athletic Director Todd Vesely confirmed the resignation today, saying that Masch has decided it is time to step down.
The coach, who has held the position for 23 years, said that he is, “at a time in my life when I need to step aside and let somebody else try it. The school has been very generous to me and I think the time is right.”
The Odessa High girls had a difficult season this year, finishing with a 4-28 overall record, 1-15 in district 2-5A play.
The Lady Bronchos won their last game of the season, 42-37 over Abilene Cooper snapping a 23-game losing streak.
