MIDLAND, TX - Midland Police continue to search for a man they believe is committing fraud in the tall city. According to Police, Pascual Hernandez, Jr. has been advertising his business "Hernandez Home Improvements" through the "thrifty nickel" in the area. He claims to do low-cost remodeling and construction but takes off with the down payment.
