Man Found Guilty In 2012 Shooting 2/13/13

MIDLAND, TX - A man has been found guilty by a Midland jury of shooting a man and biting a police officer in early 2012. According to the Odessa American, a jury in Midland has found James Chancellor Creech guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a peace officer.
Police say, Creech shot 58-year-old Steve Little twice and then later bit a law enforcement official in the 8100 block of San Antonio Street on January 26 of last year.
The sentencing will begin this afternoon.
