Big Spring – Howard County commissioners are asking for more information from AFCI Texas about the possibility of bringing a nuclear storage facility to town.
If brought to Big Spring, the storage facility would bring 5,000 jobs to town and generating $10 million in tax collection.
The group originally presented the idea to the Big Spring Rotary Club a few weeks ago.
