ODESSA, TX - A new option to satisfy your sweet tooth is now open in Odessa. Baskin Robbins has opened an Odessa location at the corner of Billy Hext road and Eastridge, right next to the new Kent Quik. The creamery is known for offering 31 flavors of ice cream.
