ODESSA, TX - Some new additions are coming to Odessa. A new apartment complex is in the plans for east side of town. According to the Odessa Economic Development Corporation, City Council has held a public hearing for the approval of plans to build the new complex. There is already a complex going up in that area but this new one being considered will bring even more apartments and townhouses.
