ODESSA, TX - Panda Express is opening up a restaurant in Odessa. The Odessa Economic Development Corporation tells us a plat of land is being leveled in the northwest corner of the Sam's parking lot on JBS Highway for the new restaurant. Panda Express recently opened a location in Midland. No word yet on when they plan to open their doors.
