GREENWOOD—Parents in one school district are speaking out about plans for a new middle and high school.
The Greenwood Independent School District's trustees met yesterday as it considers an upcoming bond proposal to build a new school.
Trustees are considering building a new, 1,200 student elementary and middle school.
Superintendent Doug Young says they will be two separate campuses on the same property.
The plan comes after parents voiced concerns about younger kids sharing classroom buildings with older ones.
The plan will go to the board's regular meeting on February 11th.
