ALPINE, TEXAS - Congratulations to the Alpine Public Library. The Library Journal and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation are recognizing the Alpine Library as one of the top three small-town libraries in the nation.
In addition to the prestigious title, the library will receive a $10,000 award and a write-up in the February issue of the nationally circulated "Library Journal Magazine."
