Odessa Auto Burglary: Victim Finds Suspect Inside Car 1/31/13

Officers responded to the parking lot of Music City Mall concerning an auto burglary that had just occurred. The owner confronted the actor sitting inside his vehicle (the owner’s vehicle). The actor fled into the mall. While officers were still on the scene they received another call of an auto burglary in progress at the Woodland Apartments, 5050 Tanglewood. When officers arrived on the scene, the owner of the vehicle had detained the suspect. The suspect was identified as Brandon Pollock, DOB. 01/19/1987. He was arrested and charged with burglary of a vehicle, (A) and possession of a prohibited weapon (A) and two warrants for Burglary of a Habitation have also been filed. Pollock was transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
