Infant Found with Broken Leg, Man Arrested 1/29/13

The Midland County Sheriff’s Office reports that a man has been arrested for injury to a child after a five week old infant was admitted to a local hospital with a broken right leg.
Yesterday investigators responded to reports of an injured infant that had been admitted to the Midland Memorial Hospital Emergency Room with a broken right femur.
Investigators established that the infant was under the care of 23-year-old Jose Angel Rosado-Colon when the infant was injured.
The child was transported to Lubbock for treatment where a warrant was also served for Jose Rosado-Colon who was taken to Lubbock County Detention Center.
