UPDATE 7:30 PM**
ECTOR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
PRESS RELEASE
Ector County Deputies were dispatched to 3753 N. Treadway at approximately
4:37 p.m. today on an ambulance run concerning a gunshot victim.
Officers arrived to find a 20 yr old white male that had been shot in his
hand.
The victim was transported to Medical Center Hospital with what is
believed to be non life threatening injuries.
The victim has now told officers at the hospital that it was a self
inflicted wound.

UPDATE 5:50 PM**
According to the Ector County Sheriff’s Office, the victim was a white male in his twenties.
He was transported to Medical Center Hospital with a gunshot wound to his hand.
Deputies are on the scene interviewing neighbors and witnesses.

ECTOR COUNTY – Sgt. Gary Duesler tells CBS 7 that deputies are on the scene of a gunshot victim at the 3500 block of Treadway.
No details are available at this time.
