1 Arrest in Saturday's Brawl at Texas Roadhouse 1/27/13

ODESSA - At around, 10:30 PM last night, there was a heavy police presence at the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant on 42nd Street. People jammed the CBS 7 newsroom phone lines wondering about what had happened.
A CBS 7 crew arrived on scene, and eyewitnesses told us a fight broke out in the restaurant spilling into the parking lot.
There were also eye-witness reports that a woman was hit by a car in the parking lot, but was not injured.
Police working the scene say anytime an officer is investigating a brawl, all officers in the area come in as backup.
OPD confirms tonight that there has been one arrest made and charges are pending.
