ODESSA – Police responded to overnight rollovers.
Police say the driver of a black Ford Mustang was seen coming out of Grahams Central Station on Preston Smith Road in east Odessa. He lost control and the car rolled multiple times. The driver made his way out of the car and abandoned the scene of the accident.
Minutes later Police were called on a second rollover on the 3000 block of East University. The driver of a white Nissan Pathfinder was traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed and collided with a pole causing the SUV to roll over blocking University Blvd. for hours. The man was transported to Medical Center Hospital with unknown injuries.
Police say alcohol may have been a factor in these two overnight rollovers. Both rollovers happened after bars closed at 2:00am. Stay tuned to CBS 7 and cbs7.com for the latest on these two wrecks.
