Gardendale Man Accused of Killing Man By Running Over Him With Vehicle 1/23/13

ECTOR COUNTY, TX - A man has been arrested for manslaughter in Ector County. This is 25-year-old Brent Green. He is being charged for the death of 26-year-old Caden James Hall. Just before 10 pm Tuesday night officers responded to a call in the 7900 block of Goldenrod in Gardendale.

The call was described as a subject having fallen and hitting his head on railroad ties on that property. The victim was transported to medical center hospital by ambulance and was later pronounced dead. According to the Ector County Sheriff's Office, investigators have determined that hall had been ran over by a vehicle and had not simply fallen down. The investigation is ongoing.

Subject Arrested On Charges Of Manslaughter
One person has been arrested on charges of Manslaughter that occurred in Gardendale Tuesday evening.

Officers responded to a 911 call at approximately 9:39 p.m. Tuesday in the 7900 block of Goldenrod.
The call was described as a subject having fallen and hitting his head on railroad ties on that property.

Upon the deputies arrival, there were several people at the scene. The victim, CADEN JAMES HALL, a white male, date of birth 08/14/1986 was transported to Medical Center Hospital by ambulance and was later pronounced deceased.

Investigators interviewed persons who were on the scene and others that had been at the location earlier. From those interviews, investigators determined that Hall had been ran over by a vehicle and had not simply fallen down.

Based on information received and evidence located at the scene, BRENT GREEN, a white male, date of birth 03/14/1987 was arrested and booked for the offense of MANSLAUGHTER, felony 2.

The victim’s body was transported to Tarrant County for an autopsy.
