One midland family is now in search of a new home.
A trailer in the Midland RV Park on South Midland Drive was totally destroyed after a fire broke out around four this afternoon.
Fire officials say the two people who live in the trailer had just retuned home when the fire broke out. The man walked into the trailer, saw smoke but was able to get out of the trailer with no injuries. Their family dog was with them and not inside at the time of the fire.
Fire Captain Trey Orozco says the fire is a total loss and was under control within a minute. He says the family does have a place to stay for the night.
