City Encourages People to Wrap Pipes 12/28/12

As the below freezing temperatures continue, the city of Odessa is encouraging all residents to wrap their pipes to prevent them from busting.
City officials say that so far, they've had five pipes break due to cold weather.
They're in the process of repairing the pipes in town and they don't want you in a similar situation.
You can find pipe insulation at any hardware store in town.
