Second Lawsuit Filed Concerning Midland Train Crash 12/28/12

Dallas County - The wife of one of the veterans killed in the November 15th train crash in Midland has filed a lawsuit against Union Pacific and Smith Industries.
Catherine Stouffer, the widow of Marine Chief Warrant Officer 3 Gary Stouffer, filed the paperwork yesterday in Dallas County.
The lawsuit is for unspecific damages and is pushing for the case to be tried in Dallas.
