Justice of the Peace Rules 9-Year-Old Child's Death Accidental 12/5/12

Autopsy results show no signs of foul play concerning the death of a 9-year-old boy found dead at a local playground.
According to the Midland County Sheriff's Office, "hanging" has been determined as the cause of death.
The child was found hanging from a garden hose Sunday night in the 7100 block of Airline Road, located inside Airline Mobile Home Park.
Justice of the Peace, David Cobos, has ruled the death "accidental."
